Regarding thermal paste, does it come pre-packaged in the box/pre-applied in the stock cooler or do we have to buy thermal paste separately and apply it?
A. A thin layer or pre-applied paste is there but it won't suffice for too long.

Do you have any reports of this issue in your shop and can i return the products if i have issues and not satisfied with the products? I haven't used any AMD products yet so a bit skeptical.
A. We haven't received any such reports regarding such and please note that we provide replacement/refund only if the product is faulty and reported within 3 days from the day of delivery.
