1. For heavy weight items like UPS, Monitors, Printers we try to appoint onsite service. Shipping fees will be spent by the customer if the product is out of our policy time frame or found working after we pick it up for testing.
2. You can just call their customer support of whose details you can find by a simple google search.
Q. Will this come with battery or do I have to get another battery
A. UPS generally comes with included battery.
